This Video Release Agreement ("Agreement") governs all content submitted to LOL Video Productions, LLC ("Company"). By uploading, submitting, or providing any video, image, or other content, you ("Submitter") agree to these terms:
GRANT OF RIGHTS
Submitter hereby grants Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use the submitted content in any manner, including:
Unlimited Distribution Rights:

Distribution through social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Broadcast on television, streaming services, and other media
